Camp Hon. Vicente L. Pimentel Sr., Tandag City — On April 24, 2025, at approximately 10:00 PM, personnel from the Bislig City Component Police Station (CCPS), led by PSMS Reynald Seth L. Cajandig, Warrant PNCO, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL Randy Rajah V. Ramos, Chief of Police, in coordination with Police Station-3, Talomo Police Station, Davao City Police Office, and CIDG Davao City Field Unit XI, successfully executed the warrant of arrest against Top 1 Most Wanted Person (Provincial Level) under EMPO, for the crime of Rape.

PCOL HARRY B DOMINGO, Provincial Director, identified the arrested as a.k.a “Mig Jr”, 44 years old, single, and works as a heavy equipment mechanic. He is a resident of Emerald St., Jade Valley Homes Subdivision, Brgy. Tigatto, Davao City.

The arrest was made under a Warrant of Arrest issued by the Presiding Judge of Branch 14, Family Court, 11th Judicial Region, RTC Bislig City, dated January 15, 2024, with no bail recommended.

The accused was duly informed of his constitutional rights and was subsequently brought to Bislig CCPS for proper disposition.
